If you change your mind about a product when you receive it you must inform us and return the goods within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in ‘as delivered’ condition. Any items not received in their original packaging are not saleable and therefore not refundable. We will provide a refund within 5 days of receiving the goods in ‘as sold’ condition.

We will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of you returning the items to us if we deem the goods are faulty.

All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded.
For large deliveries or pallet deliveries, please be aware that the return costs will be considerably higher than you are charged for delivery.
